FAQ's
Do we have to order the laptop computers?
Yes, all students attending PVI are required to participate in the PVI laptop program which includes using the school tablet-PC.
When will we receive the computers?
All incoming freshmen and transfer students will receive their Chromebook laptop during the first week of school, more detailed information on the specifics of this distribution will be communicated to you separately by the school. Any new computer orders placed by returning students, should expect delivery within 30 days, and will also be coordinated through the school
Where will the Add-On options ship to?
All selected options will be delivered directly to the home address of the student entered into the sales order.
When will I receive the additional options that I ordered?
You will receive these options in advance of the school distribution sessions.

What if we do not purchase the device by the ordering deadline of July 1, 2019?
If the order has not been processed by the deadline, the order will receive a $50 late order processing fee and may not be ready for student roll-out at the start of school.
