Welcome to the USTP ordering website!

Computerware, through our partnership with DOJ – US Trustee Program, has created this site as an easy way to acquire the products that the EOUST has developed as standards for the regional offices.  Our intent, is to be able to provide those items here that you most frequently look for (toners and desktop accessories), along with any more specialized products (sit/stand desks, ergonomic keyboards/mice, etc) that might be trending in the industry and are able to make your work environment more comfortable and productive.  If there are any particular products that you would like to see on the site, and EOUST approves, please let us know and we will work to get those added ASAP.

Terms & FAQ's

How do I pay for my order?

You will have 2 optional payment methods on the site, Credit Card or Purchase Order.  You will find both options in the checkout phase of the ordering process, additionally, even when using a credit card you will still have the option to reference a purchase order number or other identifying reference number.

What if I have a problem with the Ordering Website?

Should you any problems while on the site, please reach out to your Computerware support team.  You will always be able to locate our contact information in the top right corner of the website and can do so by either phone, email or live chat (during standard business hours)

What is the easiest way to find products on the website?

We have tried to make this process easy for you.  At the top of the page you will see tabs that break the items into general categories for simple browsing purposes.  If you know exactly what you want however, the easiest thing to do would be to use the search box which you will see to the right margin of every page you visit.  Enter what you want and, if it is an approved product by EOUST, it will pop up.  We have tried to include enough detail in each description to make it easy to find. (Example – if looking for a toner you can type in printer model, toner part number, color of toner, etc and any of those should pull up matching options to choose from)

How will I know that my order has processed successfully?

Once you have completed the ordering process and have confirmed your order, you will get a pop-up box on your page that tells you the order processed successfully.  Additionally, you will receive an email back within about a minute that will also confirm the order and provide a brief synopsis of what you ordered.

What if I have a problem with the product I order?

Should you encounter a problem with the item you have ordered, please let us know immediately as these issues can sometimes be time sensitive.  We will work with the distributor or manufacturer to get the problem corrected as soon as possible.  In some cases, the end user may be required to interface with the manufacturer directly.

What is the freight Policy?

The Freight policy is that items ship free for standard ground shipping to CONUS locations.  Additional charges may apply for shipments outside the CONUS, expedited shipping methods, inside delivery, white glove service, etc.  Some items may also require additional shipping charges and those will be notated in the details of the respective product.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, all credit card data and sensitive payment information is captured on the website using Authorize.net.  Their Customer Information Manager (CIM) tokenizes and stores the data on secure servers that are PCI DSS compliant.
